Re the TB bag: it was once £18 now half price @ £9 plus they are incredibly roomy with 2 compartments and ideal for cosmetics/toiletries as they have a waterproof/foundation proof vinyl interior. And with the included mirror and bath thingy in, it's aalllll good

Hey I am in Worcester :j and managed to buy the S&G steamy showers set last Saturday for £7.50, still said full price on the shelf but went through at half price. Was going to risk a trip today to see if the hat box was the same but as my baby is due today, I'm not sure I want to risk becoming known as the woman whose waters went in Boots :rotfl:

I'm so upset, I posted earlier on in the month about my card going missing with nearly £43 worth of points on it but when I phoned customer services they stopped it and said that the points were still on, anyway got my new card and when i checked the points in the ACM yesterday there was only £2 odd on it:eek: .

Phoned Boots again and they said the card was used for two lots of 2000 points tranactions on 8th feb, once in morn and once in afternoon.
The lady said that it takes a day or two to update the system and that why the points were still showing on my card when I phoned when it went missing.

What makes it worse is that after speaking to her it confirmed my suspitions that my kids dad nicked it!!
He tried denying it but when I told him the dates and times and amounts he admitted it.
I'm not with him so he has oviously taken it when he came to visit the kids and used it to buy two things for £20 but will have then sold them for £10 each as he is a drug user.
I'm really upset by all this as he know's that I buzz off collecting the points and tht i was saving them for xmas.

Just tried, can get eye shadows to add to basket but nothing else, also noticed the BAFTA gift set is now out of stock but the other bag is still adding ok. Although I did not at the top of the basket it says "this item is excluded from promotions"

Was in The Fort shopping centre and they were behind the till so yes had to buy something.

Thanks, Yeah I tried this yesterday with no luck and also tried turning off my internet security thingy ( can you tell I'm not technical!!)

As I said yesterday it will save me money as I don't really need it... and don't feel too bad as one of the freebies is now out of stock anyway (Thanks DaisyFlower)

That is awful, isn't there anything that customer services can do, as you had reported it stolen and they said the points were still there?

I decided, very late last night (well more early hours of the morning actually, after a night out LOL), that I did need this afterall, as someone said they had seen the handbag in store and it was nice (hope it is). So decided to buy it. Both gifts were in stock then. Got the email confirmation, so I hope it comes.
I saw the messgae about 'this item is excluded from promotions' at the top of my basket too, but as soon as I added the skin care product (to get the 1000 points), that message went and it added the message about the points into my basket. Obviously it was referring to the points promotion, not the Lancome one.
