I did my Bootsing today and was told the S&G bag was an old offer and they didn't have any at my store. And now that they finally put out the new mags with the 100 points off Boots Expert stuff, the Scar Serum is back up to 5.99!

Still, I wasn't disappointed as the Herbal Essences shampoos are still BOGOF and offer a free haircut (got one for my hubby this time), and I used my 2 pound off coupon for Frizz Ease. Also, I used an e-mail coupon to get the March issue of Marie Claire for just 1 pound, and it comes with two make-up bags, one of which is large enough to hold shampoos. (You can get the coupon here; it's not a Boots-specific coupon, so if your Boots is out of the March Marie Clare you can take it elsewhere).

On the way home I bought the Times and got a free PC Monopoly game! (Scrabble comes free tomorrow). Retail therapy complete ... for now!

Went to Boots this morning and was given a lovely FREE Goody Bag for Mothers' Day, the SA asked me if I had a pic of my mum (which I did of course in my purse) and she handed me the bag.

I had trouble with some of the mascara sets the other day, but eyeshadows were ok. I just presumed the things that wouldn't go in were out of stock. Sorry that's not much help is is.:rolleyes:

Aww, that's mean. Was your Experts voucher out of date? I noticed yesterday it wasn't on the ACM offers for me any more though I've used it in the last week or so with no problem even though the serum was on special offer.

I had a disappointing shop today, no S&G sets or bags which I really wanted and no magazines!

So I couldn't get the 17 products I wanted or the S&G scrub, how annoying!

I posted a couple of weeks ago that a lot of stock was marked down to 75% off and was on the normal shelves. This is now all being reduced again. There are about 5 crates of stuff all being reduced to 10p, 20p and 50p each:j

I managed to grab 5 palmolive shower gels 20p each
angel fish hair conditioner - usually £5 for 50p each
5 packs of splenda granular sweetener (this costs me a fortune normally £2 is a pack) for 50p each, plus a few other bits.
Spend over £5 and got £2 hair voucher back as well.

This is at the smaller Walsall store in the Saddler's Shopping Centre but be quick as it was being snapped up as soon as the SA was pricing it down.

No S&G bags in either Walsall store but the No7 Tinted moisturiser was going through at £4.75 so grabbed 2 of those with my last 2 no7 vouchers

PS Tomorrow is the last day to spend No7 vouchers - expiry 2nd March. I almost didn't go today as I thought they were valid until Monday (I'm sure they usually are but it could be that they didn't factor in the extra day in February). It's a good job I did cos I would have been kicking myself if I'd wasted them.
