Lol, when I said 'nothing else' I meant no other products that related to the gwp. I didn't word it very well did I? (have a habit of doing that !) I would have done the same as you, picked up a few other items and a gwp and see if it went through for nothing (without buying the related items). Would probably use an excuse like "oh, I thought I put the max factor stuff in my basket" if SA noticed :D

Sam they have got them in Broughton nr Chester, they had tons on Sunday ~ big signs up though saying "free gift with 3 or more purchases of MF" Didn't realise what I had missed out on til I got home, but have figured that perhaps I might have been too chicken to do it anyway...but a good excuse brought up today ( I can't remember who came up with this gem but Thanks!!) "Oh the other items must have come out of my basket!!"

Sadly I will not be able to make it to Broughton again probably il next week so will no doubt miss out....if only I had been on the ball

It was me :j ! Glad I could be of help (just don't dob me in if you get caught ! :rotfl:

    [Apologies - I can't double quote ! Still learning ! lol]

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Was in the boots at broad st reading today and they had a few items on sale:
they had loads of the charm bracelet (?) by N7 for £1,
I got a toiletries bag from the natural collection for £1 and used the 50 points acm wyb natural collection toiletries.
There was other stuff like olay gift boxes for £10 (I got a few for £1.50 early in the sale!!), some sun roc stuff, and sorry but I cannot remember the rest.

Just try one, find yourself a box or basket and take a look at the finished hampers thread they are so inspirational on there with lots of advice where to buy cellophane etc then start filling with all the Boots goodies, show us when you have finished

    Enjoy and happy bootsing:T

    Am I missing a bargain ? I've only been getting 3 4 1 on 17 ?

    :A
First attempt at the 3 for 1 with no 17 failed. Over helpful sa adamant that I would be missing a free item so had to go for 4 for 2 today. Skulked around at magazines for the right sa only to be called over just as about to leap at favoured sa till by new till being opened. Got garnier eye cream reduced to £2 free though as current discount taken off clearance item too. Tense moment when girl on next till said I think she needs to spend £18 to get gwp but luckily no signs up and no mf girl available and till did say 0.00
