I have a PC voucher for the 2000 points when buying a certain toothbrush, have bought another one from e bay for 1500 points when spend over 30 on oral b tooth brush.
Do you think they would work together?
Also, have loads of 1/2 price expert vouchers, lots with different barcodes, would these work together?0 -

The old gwp have been altered in the till so that the till doesn't have to link it to a spend on the item so it doesn't give out the message that the spend conditions have not been met and that is why if you find one and the sa doesn't notice or care that it is coming up at £0.00 you can get it for free. The current ones are still linked so the till will say no. Boots really couldn't argue against you getting these free though of course if too many go without them getting any furher sale out of us they could either put a stop to it by altering the till or tell their staff not to let them go through. The other gwp which are clearly still a promotional item and have value in their tills are a completely different thing and Boots could take action if they found you doing it. I think on the tesco threads people feel its safer getting a sales assistant to take coupons than trying to put them through the self scan.
because then you can at least plead that the sales assistant let it go through so it must be alright.0 -

Can confirm that you can spend £15 on roc and use the £5 off roc coupon that came out of the old gwp {that we are all hoping that roc are going to send us for the skin survey} and get the current gwp as the coupon goes through as a Boots coupon on the receipt which is like cash and not deducted off the item like the current mag ones. So in effect that means you should be able to use a points on spend coupon as well didn't think of that at the time. The cleansers, toners and the face wash are the cheapest itemin this range after the wipes. The £5 coupon expires on the 31/03/09 and not this year as posted earlier.0 -
Its quiet on here tonight, where is everybody?
I'm sitting eating some of the battered Lindt gold rabbit that I got for 20p the other day (from Boots), I have to say, it is really nice, I love Lindt chocolate anyway, but I was surprised how thick it is, better than Easter egg, don't know what they are full price, but will def look out for them reduced after Easter.
I feel I hit the jackpot today, I found some MF hatbox GWP's!!!!
They were in Nottingham Victoria Centre and there was about 10 still left after I took mine.
I actually went in, looking for the other GWP, the pink and black box thing (last GWP), last time I went in they had a lot of those. Sally06 had said that she was going to Milton Keynes today to see if they had got any and kindly said she would get me one if she found one, for letting her have the S&G bag, so I thought I would see if I could get a couple of the pink ones and do her a swap if she managed to find any. They hadn't got any pink ones though, just a pile of the black hat boxes. I heard a neighbouring SA tell someone that the MF consultant was off this week, so I nabbed some whilst no one was looking!! Unfortunately, I ended up having to buy other things then to hide them. I got the Kyphi hatbox (really lovely looking box), but had to pay full price for it (£15), minus the £3 voucher which worked, no problem, but also got the Sanc GWP too, so not too bad I suppose, I also got the 17 offer, an eye liner, pencil sharpener ad the lip gloss, I hadn't got any 17 vouchers with me, so had to grab a mag first, I had it scanned, ripped the coupon out and was going to go upstairs with the GWP's, but decided to risk it with the SA on the till I was at. When it went through the till as free, the SA comment on it being a MF GWP, I just said that it was the old one and they had been telling people they could take it when I went past, so I did. SA just said, 'I can't keep up with these things these days' and popped them in my bag!!
I then went back for another, this time I got some Ibrupofen and went upstairs to the baby dept, got some cotton buds and went to the photography counter. As I hadn't got anything that looked as though it might have come free with, I again said to the young SA as she took it out of the basket, that they were giving them away as it was an old GWP. She just said that that was good and let me have it.
So Sally06, if you haven't got one yet, you have now!! Again as a thanks for putting us onto the highlighter glitch.
Kitiaracat - hatboxes still £9 in there.0 -

To save me having to open it unnecessarily, does anyone know if the Kyphi hatbox thing has any vouchers inside please?
I forgot to say as well, that I went to the Estee Lauder counter and it was advertising the offer of mascara swap. I forgot to ask how long the offer was on for. I took the Dream mascara out of my No 7 GWP and said I didn't like it as it made my eyes itch (haven't actually tried it), and got asked what I wanted a mascara to do, the Consultant then gave me a sample of one of theirs, to match what I had asked for, in my case something that looks natural and not clogging. Very easy swap.
I was going to ask if anyone had had a problem with 17 metalic eye liner?
I don't normally wear eye liner, but had decided to try it having bought one in the glitch. I really like the silver one, but over the last few days have noticed that my left eye lid has really felt itchy, the only different thing I have done is use the liner. I left it off today and I've been fine. Funny though, its only my left eye that was itchy. Has this affected anyone else?0
