I have 5 samples if anyone wants any. I don't plan to use them. They are tiny though so you may well have missed them.

I've had one free sample from a mag. But with the other mags there was no mark where the sample had been removed. I don't think they were ever there in the first place ?
  • just found my receipt from the last promotion showing that vouchers can be obtained without the qualifying spend - I think it had something to do with the trimmer being reduced but registering as full cost on the till, we will have to look into this further I think on the next promotion :rotfl:

hi, is it migraine u suffer with or headache? these are different

would these work with migraine? if i have a headache paracetamol will move it but if its a migraine i take pink migralive if caught early enough it will shift it in a couple of hours :( if not it can be days

    Hi Lickul Miss

The leaflet in the box says that they can also be used for: "the relief of migraine, neualgia, toothache, sore throat, period pains, muscular and rheumatic ache and pains, pain following surgical and dental operations and to reduce fever".

Each pack contains 24 tablets and is priced at approx £3.95.

Each tablet contains: Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate, Doxylamine succinate and paracetamol.

The leaflet warnings say not to take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (well, duh! lol), if you are taking other paracetamol containing medicine or pregnant and breast feeding. So all pretty standadrd warnings. The only thing I will say about these tablets is that (I believe due to the codeine), they can make you slightly drowsy. I have been taking them for so long now that I don't really feel like that when i take them but if you are like me and the pain is that bad..you will take anything!! Plus they are cheaper than the pink migralieve!

Also, Boots do their own brand of Migraine tablet called "Boots Migraine Relief" in exactley the same box as the BTH tablets, just different wording.

In answer to your original question, I think most of mine a chronic tension headache as I have never been sick with them however, when I get a really bad one, I do have to lay down in the dark and get teh flashing spots and the only thing that works is these tablets!! I usually only have to take one because they are that good but if I have a blinder like I mentioned then I will take the 2 and just lay there fore half an hour and it usually subsides. I know it sounds weird but you can actually feel the tablets working because they relax your muscles and you feel the headache leave. (I promise I am not on commison for these lol, just couldn't live without them!)

If you need any more help or advise, please let me know and I will try and help :)

Good Luck! They are worth a try!

    Jo xx
