No, even I wouldn't have the nerve to try that ....well yet ;)
I did some shopping - things I wanted anyway, just not £15 worth, and nothing from MF:o Just included the gwp - went thru free, then it is down to the sa whether they 'know' their stuff and whether they are concentrating - so late Saturday afternoon would probably be a good time to try it ;)

Lol, when I said 'nothing else' I meant no other products that related to the gwp. I didn't word it very well did I? (have a habit of doing that !) I would have done the same as you, picked up a few other items and a gwp and see if it went through for nothing (without buying the related items). Would probably use an excuse like "oh, I thought I put the max factor stuff in my basket" if SA noticed :D

    Good Evening Ladies

    Been to 3 Boots' today.

1st was Hessle - few things on clearance shelf but nothing really worth buying.

2nd was PC - Took my mum with me who really enjoyed her first Bootsing sesh! She bought a few things so made her go through in 2 transactions to get 2 x £2 haircare vouchers :D she got the JF serum with one and let me have the other :D:D

I bought 2 x Boots Essential white bath foam reduced from 59p to 29p (I use this anyway so it was a steal and mum got 4!!) Also got the S&G Heel genius on all of your recommendations and successfully used the 2 x 200points :D

Mum got some basics hand cream reduced to 22p, not my cup of tea but she is a cleaner so goes through loads of it after having her hands in soapy water for so long.

3rd was Kingston Retail - Quite a few good things on clearance which i was surprised at - saw the sancutary foot things you were on about Passion but decided no to bother myself as I had only just got the S&G heel stuff. Then I saw 2 x FCUK Sport freeze sticks reduced to 99p and remembered I had printed a voucher for bogof from the acm the other day. mum saw a pack of orthopaedic heel inserts reduced from nearly 20 quid toa fiver so was very happy! I decided to put them all through on 1 transaction just incase the fcuk things didnt work (i know it sounds cheap as they were only 99p each but I really wasn't fussed and a pound is a pound :) ), anyway, the sa put the heelies through, then the fcuk things and I gave her the voucher and just said this probably won't work but would you mind trying and she did and it worked!! But, she also said that they were on 3 for 2 so I could og get another one but there weren't any left so she said "oh no, its not just the freeze sticks, its anything fcuk" so I picked up an FCUK sport deep freeze massage gel as well reduced from £5.75 to 75p but this was free as it was in the 3 for 2! So for a total of 99p I got 2 x freeze sticks and and a freeze gel!! Was very happy and so was my partner when I brought them home! Have made him try the freeze sticks and they are brilliant! Can smell them when he walks past, it's as if he is wearing aftershave and it is a really nice whiff too :D:D:D:D

No reply to Boots complaint email yet tho - but s'pose you can't win 'em all ;)

    Jo xx

    Hi Jo

Following on from my posts tonight, could I explain, and ask for your continued help.

My niece is 18 later this year, I have already bought her some posh "grown up" jewellry, but want to make up a huge wicker basket full of goodies.
My aim is to make it as interesting, varied and cheap as possible.
Hence the latest MF free GWP - I have also sent for the Roc freebie - so fingers crossed that arrives ok.
Also sent for the Star necklace from Freemans - but that is not looking hopeful.
I also have the black beaded evening bag which was MF free gwp from last year - so as you can see I am doing quite well.

If anyone spots anything else, I know you will post on here anyway, so thanks in advance.
I do so love to shop - especially when it is free ( or virtually) and I REALLY LOVE to give it away as well.
I have drawers full of stuff, just waiting for the right opportunity and person to give it to.
One of these days I may even start using it myself ;)

I'm your new best friend and my birthday is July:rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh thanks - I never knew that - they are really cheap. we use loads...

    I'll give them a try. I didn't really want to spend £50 on tissues::beer: You've saved me a fortune.
It's worth giving them a go, even if you don't end up liking them. It depends what you want them for, really. If you just use them to blow your nose and for mopping up kid's (and OH's!) general spillages they are fine - lol. But I wouldn't use them for taking off make-up - they're a bit scratchy ;) .
To keep on topic: I treated myself to a S&G Showers Set and I'm hooked ! Gorgeous !

Sally06 - did you get one of the S&G bags yet? I had used/given mine away that I got the other day, but I found one in clearance today marked up at 10p, neither of the SA's at the till could put it through though, as it had lost its original barcode, I told them they had been free at other shops, so she just tossed it in my bag, if you want it, pm me. I think you said you wanted one for a hamper though, don't think its really suitable. I wouldn't put it in one.
Call it a thank you for putting us all on to the highlighter glitch

Hi Dollardog, thank you so much for offering to send me a S&G bag:A although I haven't managed to get one and I think they are now selling for 2.50:confused: I think crazyposhgal should get the one you are offering to me. Because (A) She posted a message on the thread a couple of days ago asking if anyone had any spare bags. (B) She puts in a lot of time and effort into keeping the first page up to date - she deserves it more than me:D

Thanks again Dollardog, I really appreciate your generosity:A

So do I:rotfl: sometimes I take it all out and have a look through my hoard. I love doing that because I always see stuff I'd forgotten about (I have so much, so I can't remember everything I've bought;) ) I'm waiting for DH to build a big shed so I will have somewhere to store it all in one place, as opposed to shoving it in draws, wardrobes etc...:D
