Looks tempting - up 20% in the last month, heavily commodity laden.

Question is - does it have any legs. It depends a lot on the current commodity surge expecially oil . I notice there are no fees with H&L so it might be worth a punt and retract if things get rough.
Wouldn't it have been a much better idea to have a punt BEFORE it went up 20% in a month ?
For my sins, I have a few SA funds and they are all doing rather well over the last month or so.

A lot of people are focussed on China, India, etc but Lat Am has been and will continue to be a powerhouse going forward. The primary difference to be aware of is that whilst China, for example, exports a relatively low percentage of GDP to the US, Lat Am exports are priamrilly US focussed. So, Lat Am would be harder hit should the US go in to recession (if they're not alreay there).

First State Global Resources (another high flyer) has 9.3% of CVD (Brazillian mining company) which is also top billing in the Threadneedle Latin America fund
