Boiled Some Eggs-Do I Shell Them?

Options
Hi

I have just boiled up 5 eggs left and out of date 4 days ago and thought I would use them for egg mayo sarnies tomorrow. Should I shell them before I go to bed, or leave them in the shell till the morning?

Also, if I make the egg mayo up tomorrow, how long will it last in an airtight container in the fridge or would a bowl be better?

Thanks guys.

Don't think the time of shelling will make too much difference, but they may be easier to do tonight  I find them harder to peel when they have been left in the shell.
The made up egg mayo should last a couple of days if stored correctly...mayo does contain preservative and this helps it to keep.

I find the easiest way to peel, is to crack them and then leave to cool in cold water for a bit...then the shell just slides off.

I have no idea about salad cream. Is it made with eggs? If not I'd guess it last longer.

As for the kisses... you'll get me in trouble! Behave yersen woman! :)
