I'm with a company that pays all the creditors that i owe for me and i pay that company a set monthly ammount. all the original debts have been passed onto debt collection agencys.
how Does this affect me if i try to claim back any charges inccured.
Who would i be claiming the money back from?

Hopefully you are with a DMP company that doesn't charge for their services... like the not for profit organisations CCCS, Payplan, CAB........0
