I think its up to each individual how they count the money to go into the challenge, but I would think stopping smoking money is a DEFINITE. There is a brilliant book which helped me to stop long before there were nicotine patches etc, and one thing it said was that the LANGUAGE we use affects how we think about it - 'giving up' implies we are losing something nice, whereas 'STOPPING' is more accurate. (Daren't recommend the book here - no financial gain to me but I don't think we're supposed to make recommendations on these forums). I stopped smoking out of financial necessity - husband left so if I wanted to continue paying the mortgage alone I had to stop wasting money on cigarettes - it was a simple choice of house or cigarettes. Easy! Afterwards I regretted all the money I had smoked away over the years.

Each and every month I have made a point of reading every post but I am afraid at the moment I can't do this so sorry everyone. Just logging in to say I sold a DS game that my husband brought me for £5 at christmas for £10 so thats todays £10, really do't see me making the challenge this month but maybe when I feel better I will get moving and catch up.

Sorry I am on a downer tonight just fed up with being poorly now

Well I've made a big fat zero today, not even a piggypoint. Humph. Feel totally fed up too, just wanna go to bed and not wake up for 3 weeks or so to avoid life!

Evening all! Up to £77.44 so far. I've not had much luck on the bingo after my early success. I have to get on and do some amazoning. I've been doing slice the pie, but neglecting my daily clicks. must get back into it! I have a payout from Quidco for £1.28 today. It all adds up!

Pandapaws posted on here at 9.39am - as far as I know she is moving stuff into storage and maybe moving in with in-laws while waiting for new house to be theirs.....

I just did a Lightspeed survey and with the email it said I would be paid 400 pts if I completed it. I didn't get screened out and did it all, and at the end it said I'd earned 110 points for it!!!!! I have just sent them a cross email! This is just totally misleading if not dishonest as well!!!!:mad:
