I'm counting my money as I actually receive it (in my Paypal or bank account, actual cash, cheque/voucher received, etc).

Was starting to feel that strategy wasn't such a good idea after all...

.....'til I checked my email 20mins ago to find that I received £26.72 in my Paypal account today for blog writing!!!!!!!!!!!

Can ya tell I'm chuffed? :j Can ya?

Please could you tell us how you make money on blog writing? Where do you write and what do you write - how do you get into it? Thanks

    Hey asset77 :)

I just visit forums where people are looking for writers. There's one in particular that I frequent. I'm not sure I'm allowed to put links here, so I won't, but if you Google 'Digital Point forums' and check out the 'Content Creation' section, then you'll find it.

(4th March: sorry, I'm so used to going straight to the 'Content Creation' section that I'm afraid I didn't explain exactly how to get there. When you get to the forum, click on the 'Buy, Sell or Trade' link, then click on the 'Services' link, then click on 'Content Creation'. There ya go!)

Many thanks for that. You know I've been losing sleep over your stolen teaspoon ever since it appeared on your sig!:rotfl:

You're welcome! Happy to help. Let me know what you think of the forum and how you get along. Good luck!

Losing sleep? Well....that makes the two of us.... :( I mean, how's a gal supposed to drink her chai without it? :)

Ooh, I found this really nice teaspoon at work today though. I'm tempted not to return it. ;)

(p.s: I forgot to say, most of the gigs on that forum are in dollars, but it automatically converts to the pound equiv. when you get paid via Paypal)

I can't find it - have sent you a PM
  • Can I join in then cheat?
I have just signed a contract for a lodger (my first) this will get me £270 per month, along with that I have decided to do shifts at work making £179 extra in my hand per month. That's around £14.80 per day!
A few years ago I got into £6K and could not sleep, Christmas put me £2K in debt and I was sick of spending loads then living on toasties so now fingers crossed I'll be able to get myself in the black and then stay there.

I'm really not being smug because to make this money I have to open my home and work unsocial hours, i'm just happy!
Lets get this straight. Say my house is worth £100K, it drops £20K and I complain but I should not complain when I actually pay £200K via a mortgage:rolleyes:
