    Quick question if i may pls peeps;

    I found £20 in an old handbag a few hours agao, I assume the money was mine in the first place but i have no idea how it got there-haven't used the bag for years-should i count it towards my March challenge or is it cheating ?

    Thanks

    I would count it, it is money you didn't have in your pocket and you now have. We have had this before on previous months and it has made people realise how frivolous they used to be with money to forget about £20 :eek: but you found it today so i would count it!!!!:D
    May 2015 £10 a day currently £208

    I agree with Batgirl, definitely count it. It was money that you had forgotten about and therefore did not actually have (even tho you did ;) ).
    Made another £38 today - had to get a credit card so go this thru Quidco, also an Ebay sale and sold some stuff to a friend and my sister. Up to £406.70 :j .
    I cannot believe that for the last 3 months I have acheived the £10 a day and in fact have gone over! Each month I have netted over £400!!!!! Mind you, I have needed it, so where the heck would I have got it if I had not been doing this challenge!! :eek: Scarey thought!
    Also on Thursday I took the bull by the horns and reminded my new(ish) boss that he had promised to look at my salary last December and I am still waiting. At that time he had said that he would look at but could not promise any increase. On Thrusday he told me he would discuss it with the FD and get back to me on Monday (tomorrow). Whatever they decide to give me will also be backdated to December! :j
    I will definitely be adding that to my April total, will give me a nice start hopefully. ;)

    I agree totally with that! Another unexpected 'side effect' this challenge has had on me is to make me not buy 'frivolous' things. I have a pink kitchen and thought I could use some of the extra money I've made on a pair of pink salt and pepper pots I'd seen online and been wanting. But they cost £15 + postage and I just can't spend that money knowing how long it takes just to earn £5 on Slice the Pie! And I've pulled back from other spending on stuff I don't really need. So although its not 'countable' in a target figure it does add up, all this not spending!
