    HELLOOOOOO!!!

SOOOO sorry that I disappeared off the face of the earth completely. Babies, house moves, incompetent BT & Orange Broadband all conspired against me, so I just haven't been able to get on here at all - only got internet a couple of days ago and apart from 5 mins checking emails at work the other day, this is the 1st time i've switched the computer on in weeks! I've honestly felt as though my right arm has been missing for the past couple of weeks, and spent half the time wondering what all you guys have been up to and if any of you will even want to speak to me again after me disappearing for so long!

Anyway, here's the story: On Wed 12th of March, in true Panda style, we collected the keys to the new house at 4.30pm, on the way to the hospital!!! At 7.42pm following an uneventful but bloody painful labour, baby Gregory made his first little appearance in the world, weighing in at 8lbs, 14 ozs (which I though was the same thing as 9lbs, but apparently not!). He was absolutely fine, and after an hour of stitching up was finished, so was I.

I had to stay overnight for monitoring because of the Strep B, and they couldn't find a doctor to discharge me in the morning either so I was stuck in my 'cell' for 24 hours - a horrible experience but I won't bore you with it! In the meantime, DH (who had been forced to leave me at hospital as dads aren't allowed in at night) did his best to start moving into the new house.

So, I'll skip all the boring bits in between, and here we are, eventually, in the new house (which is still a total pigsty) with our 2 kids. I still can't believe that after a year of having the house on the market we managed to move house AND have the baby on the same evening!

I'm back at work but doing less than ever and only going in fir an hour or two a day, and popping home every hour during that to feed baby! Have made it perfectly clear that I'm unimpressed with their maternity policy and that I don't intend to lift a finger until the 6 weeks maternity leave I should have had are up. It's fantastic though as we are literally 2 mins from work so can pop home duriung every break (of which there are many).

Greg's screaming his head off so better go, but hope to get photos onto the computer soon.

Thanks again to everyone for all the good wishes and sorry again for being so crap. Can't wait to catch up properly.

    Love from family Panda
