Travel insurance - 19 year old as part of family group

Does anyone know of a travel policy which will cover a 19 year old student as part of a family group (annual policy)?
Our current insurer Direct Travel does but will charge an extra £15 for including her on a worldwide policy (no extra for European policy). It would be nice to have another company to compare quotes with but most family policies stop at 18.
Thanks

Hiya, when we went to the Canaries last year we had mum and dad, son who was just under 18 on one policy and daughter 22 had her own policy (all bought at the same time). I went through Quidco.
Best of luck, and I hope somesone has a better idea!If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
