If you have their domain name (bellway.co.uk or bellway.com) then just try all the variations on his name ;

jkwatson @ domain
johnwatson @ domain
jkw @ domain
etc

Send your mail to them all at one time - the invalid ones will bounce back to you - the one that doesn't bounce is the correct one.
