I have 2 usb ports at the front of the tower.I am trying to put my camera cable in but it say's 'device not found'. I installed the drivers and everything else before I connected.
The camera works on the usb at the back.
Any advice please

Are you 100% sure the ports on the front are working? I have known some not to but the back ones do.0

My computer man reckons they're connected. Would looking in device manager help0

If I took the side off the computer would I be able to see if they are connected or not0

Do you have any other usb equipment that you can plug into the front ports (eg a pen drive) to test the ports?0

Should have tried that before I posted.Daaaaaa.
My mouse doesn't work in them so they've got to be kaput.
