Selling your house for cash

My husband and I are going through a difficult time and want to separate as soon as possible. I heard of these people buying your house for cash within month, with the option of renting it back (my husband may want to live there). Any suggestions/ ideas? Many thanks

DON'T DO IT!!
They'll give you a cr*p price for your house (much lower than selling on the private market), then probably kick you out after your 6 month tenancy has ended.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

If you are happy with the price they offer and you have no intention of wanting to live there go for it.
You take 1/2 the remaining amount after the mortgage and all fees are paid for.
Its probably the fastest way for you to get out of the situation.
Its up to your soon to be ex husband to research that he will be kicked out most likely in 6 months and have to find somewhere.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

they normally pay 20% below the average of 3 estate agent valuations. If you can absorb that loss then ring them up, there's several that have online options for quotes.DEBT: £500 credit card £800 Bank overdraft
