I know it's a slightly different scenario, but my Aunt had a problem a few years ago with a Clarke's store near to where she lived.

She wrote to the Head Office, and like so many, got absolutley nowhere with them.

When she went back to the shop they were as rude to her as D&A seem to have been with you.

Her response? She stood outside the door and stopped every customer going in and told them her story and what was going on. After a couple of hours (and after threatening her with the police) they eventually gave her a full refund.

She's never been back since, however she did have the last laugh as the manager was up in front of her for speeding offences a few months later. She showed him! :rotfl:

D&A are a shambles they have treated my dad with such disrespect its unbelieveable! They even had a cheek to charge £350 for 1 pair of glasses that wasn't even designer!

I've been with specsavers for the last 7 years and they have been great! I would always recommed specsavers over anyone else!

We had so many problems with D & A - wrong prescriptions etc that we have finally taken our business elsewhere. It's quite a lot of business they have lost as well as we spend well over a thousand pounds a year with them as we all wear lenses and specs!
