Alliance and Leicester car insuarence- I WOULD'NT GO FOR IT!!!

I got a alliance and leicester car insuarence policy under their well advertised 'guaranteed to beat the renewal' policy. This policy has been provided by the Equity insuarence. However when I wanted to make a small change to my policy (as they have not added my profile under a premier customer) they straight away directed me to the cancellation section which was totally inappropriate. They were not able to correct the mistake they have done nor were they helpful at all. However, it was quite clear that they were pushing me towards the cancellation path, which in any case would cost me 30 quid as an administration charge and will leave them with a profit.
Their customer service was really crap and I wouldn't advice anyone to go for it. I believe that it's a scam. It seems like they would push you towards cancellation which, anyway would leave them with a substantial profit if a reasonable number of people cancel their policies. Money savers! if you want to save money , don't go for it!!.
