just wanted to say how useful I find reading this thread and my buying/ selling has been made so much easier by Soolin (aka font of all knoledge), its great to know if i have a problem there is always expert advice (free of charge) close at hand...big thanks you :T :T :T :T

Thank you for your kind words.

I have also received some wonderful advice on the various MSE forums and even today saved myself a lot of hassle by remembering the phrase 'officially rejecting' to force a phone company to replace a faulty handset that they wanted to repair even though it is only a week old.

I'm just off now over to the insurance board to pick their brains.

Honestly? I don't know <lol>. I just remember reading somewhere on MSE that I had to officially reject my item and the company had to take it back so that's what I said, and it worked!
