I open a Word document then come on to MSE. When I see a post I highlight it - left mouse button dragged over the text I want - then right click and copy - then onto the word doc - right click and press paste and there it is. I probably havent explained it well but hope you get the jist.

    Hi Mumzyof2,
I did really well in Jaunary and gave up for a month then stupidly started "secret" smoking again - daft I know, no-one else knows that I've started again!
So, as I have none left I'll start giving up again today with you.
I am going on holiday in June and want to save a bit more cash towards the spending money and also be a bit fitter to go diving and snorkelling whilst I'm there - no wheezing into the face mask thingy! Also vanity is a marvellous thing - I'm 36 now and don't want to look 36 let alone 46 so giving up the fags can only help?!

I've not smoked since yesterday so today is Day 1!

    Good luck.....

28th I think it usually gets posted BR.

:o we had a takeaway last night, got back very late and ordered on the way home. DP paid but going to add it to my spending so it gives me a 'realistic' view of what we spent on food this month. Still won't tip me over budget however ;) really hopeful as only need to last until Sunday and I've cracked a 5 week month on much less than we've spent in a month in about 7 years :rotfl:
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
