Ugghhh.....council tax bill.....I'd forgotten that was due. Hope mine hasn't gone up by too much. I think I should get a discount as I currently have to risk life and limb to get Ryan to school, as the pavements are completely blocked by the work they are doing to the street lights, and they've put a pedestrian bit next to them, but it's not wide enough for a pram , so we all have to walk right out into the middle of the road, with a blind bend in both directions and a child who gets freaked out by traffic noise. Grrrrrrr.

Ooops, that turned into a little rant didn't it! :o :rotfl:

    Hello IA

You sound as though you are being really positive at the moment good for you. I did a similar thing to you and somehow managed to study and hold down a part time job while my family were very young. It was really difficult but I know you are not afraid of hard work or commitment.

If you want something bad enough nothing will stop you and if it does, you try again and again.

My boys are both teenagers now but if I hadn't put in the work when they were little I would have to start all over again now looking at careers. I am now a college lecturer and have my own book keeping business.

It always seems difficult for mothers as they have the added guilt of fitting in family life and being good mums around their other commitments I used to get up at 4am to do assignments so that I could spend time with them during the day. I hope you have good support from your OH as this was invaluable for me.

You go girl...it really will be worth it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
