If you paid with credit card, you can just get in touch with them and say they have taken money out your account without sending you the goods, and the card company should just give you the money back.

I used my capital one card - who have a special free fraud department - so if after a few days ive not heard anything, Ill contact them.

Well-perhaps because we are not allowed credit/debit cards in here,in fact nothing with a sharp edge anyway............my room mate gazza says *even with a sat nav i would not know where i was.........

I spoke with Capital One - they said if I dont get the item, and Ive tried contacting the company with no response, then they will be able to claim it back on my behlaf.

Maybe we are all panicking for no reason?? (although somehow this seems very dodgy site!)
