Satnav for 99p...Probably misprice

Ive emailed them asking why they have cancelled my order and if they have credited me with the money. Also ive asked why they have not honoured it as their terms and conditions do not state anything about mis-prices. Ill let you know what they say (if they bother replying).!

yeah mine showed incomplete at 17 mins past.. and cancelled at 20past

Well I've just received a confirmation of order saying my order will be processed shortly, after I cancelled on the credit card details page (I just bottled out at the last minute) . Be interesting to see if I get it without paying for it! I doubt it somehow.

mine says payment received.... not cancelled.... YET!
If they have took the money and there is no back up on their site to say they reserve the right to not honour any mis prices etc... surely they have to fulfill it???

I work in a credit card companies and can see the auths system.

Agenda Ltd of Guernsey have gone for authorisation of 99p.

Their Merchant Category Code is 5999 - Misc & Speciality Retailer.

The not complete is in reference to when you clicked buy but before you paid. As soon as you paid the status would've gone to payment received. Unless it says cancelled after that?
