Not at all (well the last line was a joke )

Jim's argument is that as the world needs more energy, food and construction. A lot more water is needed. I think he's refering to normal water that comes out from the tap, not posh stuff.

Nestle are one of my core holdings which I've owned since 1989.

Your other bet would be the Utility company's such as those held in the ETF mentioned above......

Either way you would not be directly exposed to the actual commodity
