honestly though they really ended cashback once it dropped to 0.5%

had my cap one circle statement through yesterday, since jan i've made £164 cashback you do the math on egg's 0.1% and see how much i would have had to spend!!!!!!

We can't do the maths as you have not mentioned how much you have spent. Cap one ditched me and many other smarter money savers in a cull of non profitable members. I was annoyed but I have got over it.
How did you get on with your golf clubs ?

We can if we know Cap One offers(ed?) 1% cashback. £164 / 0.01 = £16,400 spend. To get an equivalent amount of cashback with egg a spend of £164 / 0.001 would be needed (£164,000 or around £450 a day!!).

Just had egg on the phone letting me know my anniversary is next month for 0% BT's.

That was on the + side, on the - side they tried to flog me PPI. The bloke was talking so quick it could be easy to fall into the trap ("I'll just enable it and send you the details in the post?"). I also had to say "no" twice.
