Yes, I know hon, but I was just wanting to point out to him that SMILE will refund the money if a mistake has been made. We still haven't heard from the original poster as to what has been done about it~What you send out comes back to thee thricefold!~~0 -
I once was upset with smile over a little issue, I transfered one of my accounts somewhere else, its not until you have done that do you realise how wonderful they are.
When I ring up other banks they don't understand what your talking about or leave you waiting for ages, I think only once in 5 years have I waited more than a minute on the phone to talk with someone. Never been charged a fee for anything.0 -
OK, It took some time to sort out, but I have finally received the refund -- a full week after having been promised one!
The Customer Services dept was very helpful, but it seems they had difficulty overriding a "mistake" made by the dept that issues the cheques.
Anyway, I had a lot of feedback from others who reckon Smile normally does a good job -- so I am willing to forgive them on this one.
Thanks for the input, everyone.0 -

Hmmm. Glad to see that you've forgiven Smile, although I think that to have received a refund at all from a bank (albeit a week late) must be seen as good customer service in comparison to the complete and utter resistance experienced when you try the same thing with other large institutions...:)
