Card Fee reclaiming???

I have just been looking into my existing Credit Card which I have with Northern Rock (run by The Cooperative bank) and have noticed on the statement that I am being charged £4.00 per month for this card as it is a Mortgage Tracker Rate.
I have not had a Mortgage with this company for over 6 years and was not aware of the fee.
How do I go about reclaiming it?? Is there a template as it's not late payment fees etc??
