I've been on their mailing list for updates, etc. I received a reminder to buy or top-up by the end of the month for another chance to win the iPod.

It didn't mention any tariff changes, but I can see on their site now that call prices look a lot higher than I remember when signing up for the mailing list.
    Hello Egbe,

All customers should have received the service announcement, if it would help to have a copy then do send me a personal message with your email address and i will send you a copy of the email.

    Kind Regards,

    Graham

Sorry, I appear to have accidentally misled you - I'm on the mailing list of prospective customers, not existing ones

    Hello Egbe,

I see, that would explain why you did not get a copy of the service announcement.

Please let me know if i can be of any assistance in the future.

    Kind Regards,

    Graham

Recenly used Buzzcard, and had £4 ish left on the card. I used it from France, from a callbox.
Ringing the UK, it said I had 5 minutes left! That works out at nearly a £1 a minute - so I guess with the website etc. it is now a defunct system?

Please respond if this is not the case.

If you click on the below link to their website, I think all will become clear!

Rather than spoil the unusual 'I opened it over a year ago and so I'll close it now', circumstances, I've edited this post so as still to precede alared's 5:19pm post.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
