    Oh no, not Katie Hopkins!

I was surprised she didn't have a credit card, especially for large purchases and the protection you have with a credit card rather than a debit card if something goes wrong.

I'll come out from behind the sofa now. I'm glad I tidied my kitchen.. it looked lovely even if I do say so myself!

I noticed that the cream that Ruth rubbed on Martin was actually the one I made, I feel really flattered! :money:

A very informative show :T as usual!

I thought the PPI info was definately food for thought to lots of people, including me. I had thought about reclaiming myself, but feel it too late. Mine was taken out in 2000. The Halifax rep who sold it to me did not mention pre existing conditions at all (just that it would pay out in the case of unemployment) Any info would be much appreciated.
    ................................... MSE MARTIN LEWIS ... :A ... THANK YOU.......................
  • You need to start with Martin's article on PPI here...

and as Martin stressed  expect the first answer to be NO!
  • and MSE Webmaster as one of "his boys" :rotfl:

BTW, you don't look a day over 40, or were you 39 when they filmed it ;)

I was saying to the OH, I wonder how long she spent scrubbing that kitchen, it looked absolutely spotless!

Not to mention the cashback she could get! But her I can't be bothered attitude is typical of a lot of people including my OH: making sure that your ISA is paying well and your gas supplier is not overcharging you is just so tedious to them. Although how she can find it boring is beyond me: I find moneysaving gives me a real buzz. I spread the word about the free Starbucks coffees at work today and two colleagues actually got themselves one, which prompted another colleague to ask whether they maybe needed a payrise. Erm, I am not poor but I just like the buzz of bargains and freebies! Btw, did Martin have a Starbucks coffee in his hand at one point? Or am I going mad?
