vodafone live - downloading games

I've already posted a message on the Telephone, mobile and internet access board. As it was quite long, could you go to that section and look at it.

To summarise, because of my son downloaded games from vodafone live, unsupervised, I have been landed with charges to date of £310. Still another week to look forward to as I only discovered on June's bill which is for April's calls.

Please beware if you have vodafone live and children... the two are not compatible for financial stability....games cost £5...and there is no limit to what you can download, nor do they consider it is worth warning you before it is too late...nor do they ask for authentication.

Please look at my other posting as I really would like some advice before I phone Vodafone Complaints Dept. I know I don't have much of a leg to stand on contractually but don't ask...don't get. Also does anyone know if their bill can be more specific, mine just shows description of 'vodafone download' 40 odd times. I'd like to know exactly what it is I've bought.

I had no idea when I got this phone that this could happen, nor can I prevent it myself by putting barring in place.....only Vodafone can but of course, they didn't tell me that.
