M&S AND MORE CARD WARNING

Just a word of warning, dreadfull customer service by off shore call centres, also the 0% balance transfer rate is advertised as 9 months but has been but on my account with them for 6 months. I am currently trying to get them to agree the 9 months but not having much luck.
Another bad point is you can't view your balance online and I've not recieved a statement yet and I've had the card for over a month.
Not impressed with the service!

Mrs YB has an M&S card, taken out earlier this summer. There was a problem with them sending out credit agreements stating 6 months, but all other paperwork (including acceptance e-mail, welcome letter, and paperwork accompanying both card and PIN) clearly stated 9 months.petersmith1982 wrote:Just a word of warning, dreadfull customer service by off shore call centres, also the 0% balance transfer rate is advertised as 9 months but has been but on my account with them for 6 months. Their offer did switch to 6 months recently, but I can't remember when exactly.
Re the statement, that is a little worrying though, as you should definately have had that by now.
Have to say though, I can't fault the service with my wife's account so far.0 -

I rang yesterday evening and was told my first payment will be on August 16th. I activated the card end of June. My statement will be for all transactions up to July 22nd.0
