Anybody had any expirience with them? I placed and order with the on the 21/02/08 and enquired about when the items would be delivered a couple of days after that. I received a reply from them this morning saying the items we out of stock.

I checked their website it still showing as items in stock and lets you place order as well. I rang CS to enquire if the items were in stock. I got through to someone in spain (i think, sounded spanish) and he said they cannot check stiock with out the account number :mad:. He asked to give me all my details before he can check stock :eek: I said can I speak to someone in customer care , got transfered to a lady here in the uk. She was adamant that if I have received an email from them stating that the items were OOS and that is it. Reluctantly she checked for the item and said it was OOS. So I asked why the website is showing in stock, and she say well the website is not live and not really sure when it gets updated etc.

If after 6 days, the website is still giving wrong stock information, what hope do customers have in having any orders fulfilled.
