Balance Transfer citi 5.9% offer?

I want to transfer 2700 full balance from my egg account as im not using it for purchases to another CCard with a lower APR

Is this genuine?

at present im paying APR 16.9% per year with Egg on my £2700

If i transfer this debt to citibank and user the 5.9% offer for the duration of the debt presumming i dont purchase anything on this and i just pay it off monthly will I genuinly only be paying 5.9% per year in my £2700?

A little lost with it all!!

As long as you are accepted, yes that's all you will pay. But they may charge around 3% of the transfer balance as a fee.

Yep, just looked at the offer page, no BT fee. The OP should remember to pay the monthly repayments via DD, or the rate will soon shoot up to 24.9%!

Remember Citi have just bought egg, so they might not let you do a transfer from egg to Citi
