Just checked my bank account and min payment for credit card had gone out at £80.36 instead of last months £47. I called up and was told by a very relaxed cust service op that "yeah we've put interest rates up as it is in the terms and conditions" and went on to say hed had "a few" calls on this!!!!! I was put through to someone in the interest rates depatment and they put down to 21% straight away without me saying anything. It seems they are just trying there hand at this!! Watch out....im going to be putting full effort into clearing this balance asap now!!
