postal order / winning item

Hi, I sold something on ebay last tuesday and the buyer said that they where sending me a postal order in the post the next day first class...but its been over a week now and i still havent recieved anything i have emailed the buyer and still havent heard anything..is there anything i can do?..

I also won an item last wednesday and i still havent recieved anything im not sure if i should start to worry i have emailed the seller to ask them when they will send it and i havent heard anything back.

Has anyone got any advice please?..

you could request the buyers contact details from ebay....this usually prompts them to get in touch with you as ebay email them to let them know you've requested their info. Do the same thing for the item you haven't received. Did you ask for it to be sent via recorded delivery?

email them giving them a time limit to respond if they dont report them to ebay as a 'non paying bidder'

Did you pay for your purchase by paypal if so you could open a dipsute for 'item not received'.

I've got the same prob with a seller who wont answer my emails or send item......try not to get too stressed, some people are just difficult to deal with

i would just send a quick friendly polite note via ebay asking if po was sent out as u are concerned not received it yet.

don't worry, remember not everyone actually gets round to doing things when they say they will!

re item you won i would prob leave it another day or two (unless u need goods urgently or paid for next del etc) to give seller & post chance to get it to you & then send message via ebay if u not received it.
