    exact wording is

" After we end this agreement under 16.2 we will charge you a fee of £12 for each month you do not repay(or fail to meet the proposals we have agreed to repay) the full amount you owe. This is a new condition and subsequent conditions will be renumbered."

so i am taking this to mean if you have fallen behind on payments and they terminate your credit account, each month you still have a balance on the account they will charge you £12.

well i hope that is what it means, i dont know how they could charge you £12 a month for having a balance on the account,( it is not like that is not what it is for), as long as you are at least making the minimum payments each month, Dave.
Take every day as it comes!!

  • thanks for the unedited version spaceman, I read it as meaning that unless the balance is cleared there will be a £12 charge each month. I am not behind on payments and try to pay more than the minimum. I will go with your understanding, thanks.

That's good news Fruitycar....the T&Cs have a lot in them and if we miss out some bits they make horrible reading!!

  • Sounds like they've only rephrased the clause about late payment fees.
    Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries
  • [FONT=&quot]Panic over. I found the relevant t&c's and it is a charge applied once they have closed your account.
    Apologies for misreading !
