maybe something to do with this update?

  • Also noticed that if for example I click on the buy tab then browse for catagories, then fragfrances...get the same message yet will only show Ebay Shop items.....
I have things for sale and i will be complaining if they are not being shown to potential buyers!!!!!

It shouldn't unless they are updating as we speak and ebay has gone a bit glitchy.
Would anyone mind trying this for me by typing in
    red dress 14
in search box and tell me if they get any results then I will know if it is my computer or not....thanks in advance

  • I had EXACTLY the same problem today. I confirmed others were not having the same problem. I then followed eBay's advice to delete all Cookies and clear the Internet Explorer cache (twice).
The problem has now resolved itself. Try that and see if it works.
  • Thank-you, I've just run CC cleaner and is now working fine.....so pleased as it was driving me crazy!..I will go and find myself a nice red dress now ...hopefully :)
