Multiple £10's to the same credit card issuer???

Can anyone please tell me if i need to send £10 per account when claiming back for several credit cards from one issuer, or is ir accptable to send one £10 fee with a list of the credit card numbers. Any help would be much appreciated as i'd like to get these sent off this week.
