Travel Insurance for a Cruise

Hi All,
Does anyone have any suggestions on getting Travel Insurance for a cruise? A lot of the quote portals I've found quote for a specific country rather than numerous countries which we will be visiting.
Annual Travel insurance is an option but as this will be our only holiday this year it seems a bit much to pay for insurance.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Cheers
Rob

I used Direct Travel Insurance last year when I went on a cruise.
It just asks you for area of travel rather than specific countries.
