Ebay prohibits their sale for some reason?

Yep, eBay don't allow them but you can always use Gumtree

The resale of football tickets is illegal in this country. However this doesnt seem to stop the tout agencies doing so. You could try Loot or something although dont bother with the Manchester version as most Manure supporters live in London:D
