Ryanair - Old dog, old tricks?

I thought the European Commission had forced Ryanair to fall in line and quote all prices with all taxes included
and that the recent shut down was to achieve that.

Apparently Ryanair is up to their old tricks again. I just checked on a flight to Berlin (outside of the promotion)

Price quoted was 14.99 GBP each way. On the next page they add the taxes:

Going out (Req Fare)- Fare tax and fees

4.33 GBP Insurance / Wheelchair Levi /Aviation Insurance
10,00 GBP UK Air Passenger Duty Tax
11.40 GBP UK PASSENGER SERVICE TAX

25.73 GBP Total Taxes and Fees


Coming back (Req Fare) - Fare tax and fees

4.33 GBP Insurance / Wheelchair Levi /Aviation Insurance
4.43 GBP GERMAN GOVERNEMENT TAX
7.43 GBP GERMAN AIRPORT TAXES

16.08 GBP Total Taxes and Fees

Bringing the total instead of 29.98 GBP up to 71.79 GBP.

I thought they were no longer allowed to do that.

No, they can still list searched for flights that way,however, they have to include all tax and charges in any ADVERTISING or PROMOTIONS.

I also thought the website was going to show inclusive prices and am disappointed it doesn't. What I don't understand is that I booked return flights from Stansted to Pisa for May but when I tried to book an additional seat, the taxes/fees have inceased by £10. Why is this? So as a matter of interest I have tried several different flights and I have noticed that the taxes/fees vary from flight to flight and month to month. Some include a wheelchair levy. How can taxes/fees differ so much?
