Hi,
Not sure this is the right forum to post in.
I bought something off eBay a month or so ago and haven't received the parcel. I've emailed the seller and they say they have sent it but to contact the Post Office and find out from this end what has happened.
Anyone know a number for lost parcels or how I can go about resolving this?

The Ebay forum would have been better?
The seller should have sent the parcel via a tracked method (to meet PayPal requirements) .. or at least obtained proof of posting? As the contract with Royal Mail is with the seller, not you, and they should have the documentation ..... insist they pursue it.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
I hope you paid by paypal?
If so put in a chargeback for item not received , do it today as you only have 45 days in which to start the claim and once you go past that you are stuck. The seller then has to prove delivery, if he/she cannot do that then you win the claim.

I'll move this over to the ebay board

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0
