Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of South African Tourism and Bauer, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via on air or on-line entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to South African Tourism Magic 105.4 Winner, 6 Alt Grove London SW19 4DZ between 10th March 2008 and 23rd March 2008.
4. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 9th March 2008.
5. The winners will be notified within 21 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant will win a five day holiday to South Africa for two people. Staying in four-star accommodation in a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis, the prize includes return economy class flights provided by [Emirates], transfers between the airport and hotel and the following itinerary:
5 nights for two people in 4* accommodation
Flights with Emirates from London Heathrow Airport to Cape Town, via Dubai Airport taxes and charges
Cape Town accommodation
5 nights Sightseeing to include Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape Point/Boulders and a Winelands experience.
Please note that some excursions are subject to weather conditions.
The prize does not include food and drink, travel insurance, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Winner and partner must travel together. No extensions or alterations are permitted.
8. The prize must be taken between [3rd April 2008] and [10th April 2008] (dependant on airline terms and conditions). The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
11. Bauer is responsible for the publication of the prize draw. Adjudication of the prize draw and all other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of South African Tourism and Magic 105.4.

12. The prize does not include food and drink, travel insurance, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. Winner and partner must travel together. No extensions or alterations are permitted.

13. The tickets are Economy Class return tickets to Cape Town, via Dubai from one of the following Airports: London Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle and Glasgow.
14. The tickets are subject to space availability and are non-reroutable, non-transferable, non-upgradeable, non-refundable and have no cash value.
15. Skywards Miles cannot be accrued when travelling on these tickets.
16. Complimentary domestic add-ons and chauffeur drive service does not apply.
