    no great shock really. this Board has a number of postings about this, and I am always surprised by the number of people I know who have suffered from this. The fraudsters seem to always be one step ahead of the Banks, and the Police & Courts don't seem to take it too seriously, so it is relatively low risk.

    No, It shows how academics demonstrated a potential security flaw, in lab.

    Nothing new, just over the top scaremongering. If they'd managed to demonstrate how chips could be cloned then that would have exposed a major flaw in the system, but they haven't.
