no great shock really. this Board has a number of postings about this, and I am always surprised by the number of people I know who have suffered from this. The fraudsters seem to always be one step ahead of the Banks, and the Police & Courts don't seem to take it too seriously, so it is relatively low risk.0

Nothing new, just over the top scaremongering. If they'd managed to demonstrate how chips could be cloned then that would have exposed a major flaw in the system, but they haven't.0
