Glenhampton Conservatories

If you have a conservatory built by the above within the last year, please note the company entered into a Corporate Voluntary Arrangement on 30th October 2007. However according to the supervisor of the arrangement, they have failed to meet the payments and thus the CVA is deemed failed. The next stage is to put the company into liquidation.

The usual guarantees were promised, fully backed by insurance. Glenhampton's paperwork didn't show but at least we've got the IWA backup policy for what it's worth.

We're lucky to have a completed conservatory but there may be others waiting for work to be done.

Supervisor of the CVA is Anthony Batty & Co of 3rd Floor, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London, WC1 R 5EF Tel: 0207 831 1234.

I wonder if Bob Lunt, the MD of Glenhampton will re-surface with another company?
