The National Trust have taken their money for this years membership by direct debit, but they haven't sent me my new card.
Not a great problem just give them a call.
They are using an 0870 number and there is no alternative.

dont they take all the money in april thats when they take mine .then few weeks later they send you yearly pass.this year though we went out in cornwwall and they hadnt sent pass though by time old one had run out.we told this to people at place we were going and they said there has been a problem with the passes this year so to use old card intill new one comes which we did ,luckly we only waited a few weeks and new one came though.

My card normally arrives a some months before mine runs out in July.
