programming a rover 200 key fob ??

if this is in the wrong place sorry....

i have a 2 button key fob for my rover 200, does any one know how to reprogram it ??
i have tried different things i have seen on the internet and it still does not work....

People on Ebay selling instructions (digital) for £1. Other companies on the net charging £30+. Not tried either so I don't know if they work, but a Forum does say that one of the Company ones does, but it is expensive. Hope that helps.
