I went to the Doctors today as I have been feeling down for quite some time so he gave me a medical questionaire and out of 27 points I scored 23, so now im on 20mg of fluoxetine and also need counselling.
Isn't life great, no not really.

You probably won't know then,i was going to ask about these travelcards you can buy for 1 day or 3,if it allows you to travel as much as you want on the particular day/s on all the different public transport,underground,overground buses etc,i'm there for three days in may and these cards seem miles cheaper than paying as you go along0 -

*hugs* I so symphise with you FG,I am struggling with my weight,I am so overweight and I know I must do more to shift it but my lack of Motivation to do it is just not there right now but next week I am going to start a new me and I am doing a food diary for my community nurse so she and the rest of the team can support me that way by seeing what food patterns there are and what I consume during the day inc snacks,drink etc
