I did something today.....
I made that call...rang work, and got the area manager of the phone, turns out he is in our branch this week, ended up speaking to him about my boss, and of course he is her boss. He was great, made me feel at ease, calmed me down. and we have came to a kinda compromise that me and said boss will have a meeting to discuss the situation, and try and sort it out civilised. have to admit this does daunt me, as the feelin of bein in a room with her is a bit unnerving , but the assistant manager will be there too. its all gonna happen when i get back to work on the tuesday :eek::eek::heartpuls:heartpuls
